Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains the scope, purposes and methods of personal data processing by VPNHill across its website, user panel and subscription services. Data needed to manage accounts is handled separately from network activity. Before using the service, please read this policy and the Terms of Service.
Account Data and Its Uses
No email address is required to register; you can create an account with a username and password. VPNHill does not require an email address for registration. Do not include unrelated personal information in your username or support tickets. Passwords are stored as non-reversible verification data for authentication and are not displayed in readable form.
Account identifiers, subscription status, data usage and order records are used to provide the service, verify entitlements and process refunds. Descriptions and attachments submitted in support tickets help diagnose issues. If a screenshot contains login credentials or a subscription link, please conceal sensitive information first.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNHill follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, destinations or DNS query history, or keep connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's network activity. Temporary session data used to forward traffic during a connection is not retained as a historical connection record.
Account-level data usage summaries are used to measure plan usage and do not include a list of websites visited. Service diagnostics are limited to aggregate status and fault information, which is not combined with browsing activity. The no-logs policy does not mean account or order data is deleted; these records serve different purposes and have different retention grounds.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page usage, traffic source categories and feature issues. They may involve the pages visited, time, browser and device category. These statistics relate only to interactions with the website and user panel. They are not used to track international websites visited through subscription connections and should not include passwords, authentication tokens or actual subscription addresses.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary interface choices. Authentication information may be stored in the current browser, so avoid staying logged in on shared devices. You can restrict cookies or clear site storage in your browser settings. Doing so may require you to log in again and may reset preferences to their defaults.
Payment Processing and Data Disclosure
VPNHill supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or network, and their own rules also apply to their data handling. VPNHill receives the amount, transaction identifier and payment result needed to verify an order. You are not required to submit your payment account password in a support ticket.
Relevant data is processed or disclosed only as necessary to complete payments, provide essential technical support or meet applicable legal obligations. VPNHill does not sell personal data. This policy does not replace the practices of third-party payment pages and services.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and subscription. Order and refund records are kept as required for transaction verification, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations. Support tickets and site analytics are deleted or de-identified once their purposes have been fulfilled; they are not kept indefinitely for convenience.
To access, correct or delete account data, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect login and subscription use. Records that must be retained for legal obligations or unresolved disputes will be restricted to the relevant purpose, and the reason they cannot be deleted immediately will be explained.
Policy Updates and Questions
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be revised. Significant changes to processing purposes, data categories or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be requested separately.
If you have questions about the scope of data processing, storage purposes or the outcome of a deletion request, contact us through a user panel support ticket. Describe the relevant feature and your request, and avoid including unrelated personal information.
